Enough is enough…week 1 results

Success!  It’s amazing what can happen when you focus on your goals.   Here is a recap of my goals with the status report in pink:

Starting Weight April 2009:   230 lbs
10/25/10 weight:  192.5 lbs
11/01/10 weight:  190.0 lbs
Weight loss for week:  -2.5 lbs
Total Weight Lost:  40 lbs 

Current Body Fat %:  33%

Enough is Enough Week 1 goals:
1.  Lose 2 pounds – Lost 2.5 lbs
2.  strength train Tues & Thurs – 30 minutes each day with Leigh at LA Fitness.  Also did 20 minutes of Abs on my own on Saturday
3.  Yoga Wednesday – Did not complete 😦
4.  330 minutes of cardio this week – Mon (60), Tues (20),  Thur (20) Sat (45), Sun (60) = 205
      Perhaps 330 was a lofty goal.  I think 205 is something to be proud of.

Week #2 Goals:
1.  Lose 2 pounds
2.  Strength train Tues & Thurs 
3.  Yoga Saturday
4.  220 minutes of cardio this week
5.  Log food every day

I added a new goal this week involving food.  I’m going to stick to 5 goals a week and change them up a bit as they become good habits.  What are you doing to shake it up this week?

    That’s great progress! And I definitely think that cardio goal is a more realistic one. 🙂
