Peek a boo

Fear not…I’m still alive.  I’ve just been swamped at work and can not find time to do much else.  I hope to update you on Sunday with my progress…good or bad.  I’m still making it to the gym on a regular basis, but my eating has been crap as of late.  I literally feel sick when I think about it.  I really have accepted that my eating habits are directly tied to my stress level.  First step right!

I am curious to know what you all do to prevent yourself from giving in to your comfort foods when you are feeling a bit stressed.
