Here are some goals I would like to will accomplish in the next 12 months:

  • Reach 185lbs by 8/23/2010
  • Reach 175 by 9/27/2010
  • Reach goal weight of 165 by 11/01/10
  • Run in The Great Race 2010 – 10k (Sept 26, 2010)
  • Do 100 wall push-ups at one time (5/25 up to 50 at a time)
  • Take a spinning class
  • Keep up with my personal training sessions two times a week
  • Attend Fitbloggin’11
  • Have 100,000 hits on my blog by the time I attend Fitbloggin’11
  • Start a meditation practice
  • Enroll in a formal yoga class and attend weekly

These are my goals as of today.  I’m sure I’ll come up with more and will be sure to let you know as these are accomplished.  Check back often!
